Hello and Welcome to Creative Space OT!
I am Delphine, founder and owner of Creative Space OT.
I am a highly experienced and passionate independent Children’s Occupational Therapist and DIR Floortime® Advanced Practitioner with over 16 years experience working in paediatrics within the UK and internationally.
I am based in West Sussex – providing support in London, Surrey, Sussex and the South of England. I also offer online consultancy and support.
Alongside my work at Creative Space OT, I am also a specialist Children’s Occupational Therapist for the NHS. My current practice includes working within special schools for boys with social, emotional and mental health differences.

At Creative Space OT, we believe that providing support in a child’s natural environment is the most effective way to help them reach their full potential.
By tailoring our approach to each individual’s unique needs, we support both functional success and overall well-being.
We work holistically across the settings where the child feels most comfortable, including nurseries, mainstream schools, specialist provisions (ARP/ELP), and the family home. We also provide community-based support to help children navigate everyday locations like parks and supermarkets.
